A Unique Workshop
Our exclusive and intimate workshop will give you a unique opportunity to learn in a focused and supportive environment. Over the course of three days, you’ll be in the “classroom” for over eight hours each day.
In addition to the outstanding instruction, you’ll receive a 350-page workbook complete with all the forms, documents, case-studies and planning tools that Steve uses in his own business. You’ll even receive Steve’s personal e-mail address so you can send him any questions you may have after the workshop is over.
During the workshop, Steve will take you to personally see a number of his single family houses and small apartment buildings that are owned and managed by he and his LLC partners. These properties are all within 10 miles from each other, within one mile from the Gulf of Mexico, and no more than a 15 minute drive from downtown Pensacola.
The workshop is limited to 100 participants. This course will give you a “graduate degree” in residential real estate acquisition, financing, property repair, property management, and financial controls. Most importantly, you’ll be able to develop your exit strategy and gain control of your financial future.
The enrollment fee for the workshop is $497.00. This fee covers three full days of instruction, and a personal workbook with all the forms, checklists, and procedures that Steve has proven in his own day-to-day business. None of what he teaches is theoretical. It all comes from real-life, in the trenches, day to day experience.
